ReplyDeleteWell I wonder if this would even happen here in Singapore?? I guess by the time the horse gets into the road... "Uncle Sam" would pull it over and ask if there is a permit for the huge thing to run around.. However, if the person can put up a straight face and say they are from Mediacorp... hmm... then, it might be a different story.
